Review: My favorite egg pan “scorched” when I accidentally left it with stove on unattended. Still usable, but now eggs will stick. So bummed cause I loved it.The same brand does no longer have an 8” skillet just like mine, and the one I originally bought I send back cause it was nothing like mine.So I went for a different style. Hence this Sensarte one.First off, it’s much heavier that my other egg pan. I bought it cause I down a Japanese omelette (Tamagoyaki) pan in the same brand and I love it, so I wanted to try the 8” pan.I’ll tell you the 2 things I don’t like about cause they’re minor issues:It has a “lip” but it’s a flat edged, though still its there. I was looking for a thin edge without a lip, cause if you put a lid on it, eventually it scratches. Nbd as it’s not a main factor for me. It is there because the pan itself is very thick (it’s heavy, remember?), so obviously they had to give it the edge.Secondly, it’s much taller than expected. I was looking for a low profile pan, this is truly two inches tall on the outside, measured from my flat glass top stove to the top edge of it. I would’ve liked a maybe 1.5” but this will do.Now all the positives!I barely sprayed with coconut oil and it’s all it needed to “fry” my eggs and they slid right off the pan, no spatula needed! 🙌🏼The lid I already had (doesn’t come with one) fits perfectly, so I can get a little steam in it if I want to cook the top of my eggs.It warms up fairly quickly on medium high (I don’t intend to forget the burner on again🤞🏼 but I said this before, so let’s hope not), and maintains temp while cooking.I cooked some frozen cranberries and cut apples to make a chutney without sugar and Judy a bit of water, and I brought to boil then simmered lid on, and she did just great! Nothing stuck! Now I have a cran-apple add-in for my oatmeal or I could use as a pie filling. And the apples are pretty sugary and sweet. If I had used a regular pan I’d have scraped the bottom afterwards.Wipes clean! I can wipe it clean after eggs with a wet-or dry-paper towel (cooled off), or it can be hand washed with soft sponge and dish soap.I would not put in dishwasher. Don’t remember if it said you could, but I wouldn’t.Don’t use scouring tools, I think it would ruin it, but that’s my preference. I’ve think you *can* use some metal spatula etc, I just personally do not.Handle is good, well balanced, but nothing special. Came in a box well packaged, and you just had to put handle on with the screw.Price was also nice compared to similar ones. Fast shipping.Though I’ve only had it a week or so, all in all I love it so far. Thumbs up.

Review: I bought this skillet specifically to fry eggs.A chef posting on Quora made a number of recommendations about frying eggs, and I decided to take his advice. I will incorporate his observations into my comments about the Sensarte skillet.The skillet is a wonder. It is truly nonstick, yet it doesn’t depend on those dangerous PFAS we have been reading about. It is beautiful in design, and a joy to handle. The aluminum base allows it to achieve equal distribution of heat.However, there are some rules. You treat the skillet right, it will treat you right.Never use abrasives to clean the skillet. When you get the skillet, wash it with a litltle detergent and a soft sponge and rinse. When finished cooking, don’t wash the skillet, simply wipe it out with a soft cloth.Do not use the skillet without something in it, even if it is only the oil you will use for cooking. Do not allow the skillet to get too hot. I found a temperature of 300 Fahrenheit to 400 Fahrenheit is ideal. An infrared kitchen thermometer is useful.Do not allow metal implements to touch the surface of the skillet. If it is scratched it will become nonstick rapidly. The chef I alluded to applied this warning to all skillets, whatever their composition. If you want to flip or stir something, use a silicone paddle. The Quora chef said he never used an implement at all. He just flipped the skillet. I don’t know. I think that might take a bit of training.The accompanying booklet gives 10 suggestions. Follow them.Now some words about customer service. When I received my skillet. I could not assemble it. I couldn’t get the screw to attach the handle to the skillet so that the handle didn’t shake. I complained. Three days later I received a new skillet. No problems with this skillet.Later I got the first skillet to work by using a from my screw collection, and now I have two wonderful, ceramic nonstick skillets. But I don’t feel guilty.What remarkable customer service! Almost a transluminal delivery of a new problem free device. I’m impressed. I have never had that happen before. Usually there is some protracted dialogue proceeding any adjustment.

Review: I bought the pan because my wife keeps saying that she needed a new frying pan. One that didn’t stick. I found this pan on Amazon. After reading the reviews and watching some videos, I bought the pan. Now every time my wife uses it, she still complains, but now it’s because I didn’t buy it sooner. She raves about her new pan saying that it is the best pan she has ever used. I have to admit, that I have used it a couple of times. I can see why she loves it doesn’t stick and is easy to clean in time. Worth a much more than the price I paid. If I were.to describe it in one word, FANTASTIC!

Review: I like that the screw is in the handle so the inside is smooth. Food slips right out and wipes clean with a paper towel. It was very hard to unscrew the screw in order to put the handle on. They did include a screwdriver. I would suggest the screw not be put in so tight or the handle could be put on at the factory. It is a really nice pan and I would but other sizes from this brand when needed.

Review: I couldn’t wait to get this pan on my doorstep! I put it together. It was really easy. They even gave me a free screwdriver in the box to install the handle at first my clumsy self, I lost the washer on the floor somewhere I had to sweep it up From under my stove, L O L .. But I found it! I washed it and made my breakfast! I’m gonna be back to get some more pieces from you guys! Thank you thank you so much. I’ve never had a nice pan like this before.
