Review: Ao retirar o produto da embalagem para higienização e fazer a cura, percebi que os pegadores de silicone não vieram… Até tentei fazer a cura, mas é inviável usar ela sem os pegadores, pois ela aquece demais… Espero que a Amazon ainda envie os.

Review: I really appreciate the price, light weight, ease of cleaning and versatility relative to the heat sources I have. A 2.25 lb. roast fits nicely in the pot. It will sear meat beautifully on gas or induction and easily fits into the toaster oven ‘tho I haven’t cooked anything in this pot in the latter. In the electric oven it transfers heat evenly throughout the interior. No evidence of hotspots and the ceramic surface has not stained at all. I fried chicken in the pot recently. The temperature remained constant, (this over gas,) and the result: perfection. The oil remained in great cooking order as I added or removed a piece from the pot, quickly returning to or remaining at my chosen optimum temperature for frying. I was cooking skinless, boneless thighs. Those can be tricky as they’re worthless over or undercooked. I’m impressed! No need to haul out the cast iron when it’s just the two of us. Many air moving tail wags from the dog for the delicious treats coming out of this pot and into his bowl. Happy dog, happy cook. What more can one ask for from a pot?

Review: Never had a dutch oven. So this is a good starter even though its not a real traditional dutch oven. Its lightweght.So far I have only used it twice using additional aluminum foil also to cook brats and chicken (separately). Both tasted great. Cooks evenly and relatively quickly. Does the aluminum foil help it cooking faster and more even? I don’t know, but it makes cleanup much easier. I used a small amount of oil on the chicken hoping it would get crispy that way. Nope. I will have to try again doing a more traditional sear. That shouldn’t a problem but will be a little more work. It is specially coated aluminum. So take care of it. I tend to scratch or mess up stuff like that which is why I like using the aluminum foil.

Review: I was looking for a lightweight small dutch oven and this fits the bill nicely. It is a pretty color as well. It worked great on my induction stovetop and in the oven. Very pleased.
