Review: I am so incredibly happy with this purchase! The Gluck Air Fryer Oven has completely changed how I cook. The 20 QT size is perfect for my family—it’s big enough to cook a whole chicken on the rotisserie (which came out perfectly golden and juicy, just like the picture!).The 10-in-1 functions are fantastic; I’ve used it as a toaster, for dehydrating snacks, and of course, for air frying. Everything cooks quickly and comes out perfectly crispy without all the oil. Cleanup is surprisingly easy, and the large window lets me keep an eye on everything without opening the door.

Review: I love this air fryer, with all of its space. I can easily place two trays in at once, allowing my entre and side dish to cook simultaneously. I cooked a 4.5lb chicken using the rotisserie, that turned out fantastic despite my inability to correctly tie the legs. As it cooked the skin got tight and crispy, which resulted in the legs stabilizing. It was a crispy, tender, and juicy chicken.I use this for bread, steaks, burgers, fish, shrimp, pork chops, chicken, broccoli, corn on the cob, sweet potatoes, bacon, bratwurst, cauliflower, fingerling potatoes, baked potatoes, casseroles (glass does well in here, just place it in a tray), and once, for fun, a marshmallow. (Keep a close eye on those!)Easy to clean (see marshmallow note), though I do take the steps of using a non-stick spray for air fryers and a placing a liner in the spill pan to reduce how much grease and debris make contact with the pan.The distance from the top heating element is adjustable, the trays for cooking are terrific in that they allow the air to circulate around the food, reducing the need to turn food as required in other air fryers. I don’t usually have to cook food as long as the instructions state.This does kick out a lot of heat when in use. Much more than my oven. In the winter it was great, but in the summer I noticed the impact. The heat has not stopped me from using it, though! It slides in under my kitchen cabinets on the mat I set it on, which I recommend. The mat also protects your counter from any debris that falls through the little opening between the door and the fryer when bringing food out after cooking.

Review: I previously had GoWise 17 q Mojave oven. After 2 and 1/2 years it developed an electrical problem, which I believe was caused by the fact that the heating element was in the top portion of the unit with the fan underneath. This made cleaning that unit very difficult and resulted in spattered grease build up, causing the unit to overheat.Unfortunately this happened only a few days before a planned “birthday dinner “. When looking for a replacement, I was looking for something the same size as I really did not need a larger one. When I saw the image of the Gluck 20 qt, it looked identical to the one I had. I checked all the specifications to find out that it basically was the same oven, but improved. The heating element for this unit is under the fan, with the fan being in the top part of the unit keeping the top of it cooler and making it easier to clean. Since it was basically the same unit, I had all the accessories for my previous oven that fit, so I was able to make kabobs.I was able to get overnight delivery and my dinner was saved.In using the Gluck, I also found that the heat was more evenly distributed, cooking times are quick, the kabobs at 350° took about 30 minutes. This unit is also much quieter.This unit does not come with the skewers and kabob attachment, however they can be purchased separately. I was fully aware of this but it was not a concern with the attachments I already had that fit.I already know from past experience that this oven will cook everything perfectly, but with improved functionality from what I had. I rarely use my regular oven, mostly during the holidays when there is a large turkey or large batches of cookies.I would definitely recommend this unit. The price is great and the improvements over my old oven make this a great buy.

Review: I bought this airfryer in February and truthfully had 7 great flawless months of use. Even made 5lb rotisserie chickens in 45 minutes beautifully. Then all of a sudden in October it started shorting off after a few minutes of use. At first it would heat up at 400 degrees then shutoff after 8 minutes, then it started shorting off at lower temps and shorter times such as 340 degrees shutting off after 5 minutes. It became unusable.Of course this all happened outside the Amazon return window. The Gluck warranty was honored. Gluck customer service requested SEVERAL videos of the device shorting off stating it was for their engineers to evaluate. However after jumping through many hoops, and doing a little tap dance for Rita at Gluck customer service i was fully refunded for the airfryer.I loved this airfryer while it worked and used it almost daily and the customer service did honor the warranty which I why I give it 4 stars. This airfryer has a lot of potential to be great, it’s a good size and has many functions.
